Arsenal loanee Szczesny hints at Serie A stay with Instagram post

Wojciech Szczesny has hinted he could be remaining in Italy for the new season having posted a picture on Instagram of himself holding a Serie A football.
Arsenal goalkeeper Szczesny has spent the last two seasons on loan at Roma, ever since Petr Cech joined the Gunners from Chelsea, but is due to return to north London this summer.
However the Poland international has been heavily linked with a move across Italy to Juventus, who are on the look-out for competition for Gianluigi Buffon with Neto reportedly close to joining Valencia.
Szczesny has taken to social media to reveal his newest goalkeeping gloves for the coming campaign but a small detail may have given away his future, with the Serie A logo clearly visible on the football he is holding.
Although no move has been agreed it seems the 27-year-old is, at the very least, could be remaining in Serie A for the new campaign.
Some fans have reacted to the clip on Instagram with many unhappy that the goalkeeper is being allowed to leave Arsenal, although others noted that the football he was holding clearly stated “2016-2017” on it as well.
