Coutinho & Lallana scheduled for Liverpool pre-season return on Tuesday

Liverpool have confirmed that Philippe Coutinho and Adam Lallana will both return to the club for pre-season training on Tuesday, having enjoyed extended summer breaks.
Lallana and Coutinho were both given a longer period off by Liverpool this summer due to their international commitments with England and Brazil respectively.
Coutinho was a part of two international contests for his country against Argentina and Australia while Lallana featured in the Three Lions team for contests versus France and Scotland in June.
The club’s official website has now revealed that Coutinho and Lallana, two of Liverpool’s top performers last season, will be back with the squad for pre-season this week with the pair due to link up with Jurgen Klopp’s side on Tuesday.
This will leave just Emre Can absent from the Liverpool squad, who won the Confederations Cup with Germany this summer.
Liverpool will play their first pre-season friendly on Wednesday against Tranmere Rovers in a contest where it’s likely mainly youngsters will feature.
