Dani Ceballos vows to show he deserves to wear the Real Madrid shirt after completing £15m move.

Dani Ceballos has revealed he will give his all to prove he deserves to wear the Real Madrid shirt.
The reigning La Liga as well as European champions fended off competition from bitter rivals Barcelona to the signing of the 20-year-old as they paid a reported €18million fee to lure him from fellow Spanish outfit Real Betis.
Ceballos will officially be unveiled as a Los Blancos player next week, but he’s penned a message to the club’s supporters on social media in which he’s expressed his hunger at winning silverware at the Santiago Bernabeu.
“You cannot imagine the pride and responsibility I feel at having joined Real Madrid,” he wrote via social media, as reported by Goal.
“I will give my all to make this club’s history even greater.
“I come with great motivation and with the two things that have brought me here: humility and hard work.
“I will aim to show that I deserve to wear this shirt.”
The playmaker is currently on his holidays after being named Player of the Tournament at the U21 European Championships earlier this summer and his signing will further strengthen Zinedine Zidane’s creative options.
With the likes of Luka Modric, Mateo Kovacic, Toni Kroos at the Frenchman’s disposal, Ceballos, who won 79 take-ons – the third highest total across the entire division – will give Madrid even more depth in central midfield.
