“I cannot wait” – Andrea Conti arrives in Milan to complete transfer from Atalanta

Andrea Conti has arrived in Milan to complete his transfer from Atalanta.
The Atalanta right-back is shortly expected to become Vincenzo Montella’s seventh signing of the summer and told reporters: “I am very happy, I cannot wait to begin this adventure”, on arrival at Milan’s training complex.
The likes of Ricardo Rodriguez, Andre Silva and most recently Fabio Borini have all moved to Milan this summer with the reported €24 million for Conti next on the cards.
It looks like the 23-year-old is also eager to get himself a transfer to Milan this summer with Atalanta president Percassi indicating that Conti has already rejected approaches from other sides.
Conti had been an essential part of Atalanta’s incredible season in Serie A which saw the club surprisingly secure their place in the Europa League next season.
The 23-year-old scored eight league goals this season and also provided five assists, leading to links with a move to one of Europe’s top clubs in the summer.
