West Ham are prepared to sell January acquisition Robert Snodgrass for £8 million this summer with Sunderland and Brighton both reportedly keen on a move.
Snodgrass moved to West Ham just six months ago on the back of an excellent run for Hull City, but the Scotsman failed to make an impact during the second half of last season at the London Stadium.
The 29-year-old made 15 Premier League showings for Slaven Bilic’s side last campaign, but only eight of those were starts and he played the full 90 minutes on just two occasions.
West Ham are ready to cash in on the winger already and would accept an £8m offer, with Brighton and Sunderland both interested, according to the Telegraph.
Brighton appear to be the early front-runners as they can offer Snodgrass Premier League football and have the resources to pay West Ham’s asking price.

Although the newly promoted side have approached recruitment cautiously this summer, Chris Hughton believes the creativity Snodgrass offers could be crucial to retainly their Premier League status.
Sunderland meanwhile hope that new manager Simon Grayson – who Snodgrass played under at Leeds – can pursuade the midfielder to move to the north-east.
A move to Wearside could prove tempting for Snodgrass as, although Sunderland are now in the Championship, it will bring him significantly closer to his family in Scotland.

However it seems the Black Cats are only willing to take the former Hull star on loan, albeit by paying a small loan fee, which would then automatically become a permanent deal if they secure promotion next season.
West Ham are more interested in parting with Snodgrass permanently however.
Snodgrass’ class shows with early season Hull form
Although Snodgrass has not had ample opportunity to impress for West Ham there’s no denying the Scotsman is a talented winger, as shown through his form for Hull last campaign.

Despite playing just 20 times for the Tigers in the Premier League last season Snodgrass still finished as the club’s highest goalscorer, netting seven times in the top flight.
Snodgrass also created 45 chances for Hull in the league last campaign, including three assists, which was 18 more than nearest rival Ahmed Elmohamady, who made 27 across 33 league matches.
